The second time being broken up with by the same person is usually a shorter grieving time though because, as you mentioned, you weren't blindsided the second time I'm sure. My advice is to take this time to be introspective and fully heal before dating again. We usually have this need to immediately fill the void with another person - which is one of the unhealthiest things we can do (even though we've all done it).
