When I eat badly even just for a couple of days I feel sluggish and fed up with myself. <br /><br />I absolutely love bread, and I'd say it's my number one downfall. So, when I want bread, I often bake my own, with less heavy flours such as spelt. That way it makes me less bloated, it isn't full of preservatives, and it tastes absolutely incredible!
